Election of Indian Meteorological Society, Kolkata Chapter will be held for the term 2016-2018 as per the following schedule:

Last date of Submission of Nomination	:	16.05.2016, Monday
Last date of Withdrawal of Nomination	:	20.05.2016, Friday
Final Announcement of Valid Nominations	:	23.05.2016, Monday
Annual General Body Meeting, Polling and Declaration of Results	:	03.06.2016, Friday, 3 PM
