Declaration of Results

The Annual General Body Meeting AGM-2013 of Indian Meteorological Society Kolkata Chapter, has been convened on 26.06.2013, at Regional Meteorological Centre Kolkata complex, Alipore. 

Election of Indian Meteorological Society, Kolkata Chapter for the term 2013-2015 has been conducted successfully as per schedule.

The new ‘Executive Committee’ of Indian Meteorological Society Kolkata Chapter for 2013-2015 is hereby declared as –

Election of Indian Meteorological Society, Kolkata Chapter will be held for the term 2013-2015 as per the following schedule:

Last date of Submission of Nomination papers	:	17.06.2013, Monday
Scrutiny of nomination papers	:	18.06.2013, Tuesday
Final Announcement of Valid Nominations	:	19.06.2013, Wednesday
Annual General Body Meeting, Polling and Declaration of Results	:	26.06.2013, Wednesday,  at 1500 Hours IST

                                        

Election will be conducted by –

Nominations are hereby invited for the following posts of Executive Committee in the prescribed form available with the Returning Officer.

Members while sending their nominations may keep in view the following rules from IMS constitution:

(i)   A member is eligible for the candidature of one post only.

(ii)  Returning Officers are not eligible for contesting in the election.
